Anecdotal evidence

The following evidence is purely hearsay. There are no links to verify the statements. However, they further cement the argument that there is a large cover-up occurring that is victimizing millions of Canadians.

  • A friend earns over $300,000 in the advertising industry. The financial industry spends billions of dollars a year for advertisements, using his company. He has demonstrated a concern for the less fortunate. When I asked him to help, he said he would make some inquiries regarding the CPP. He emailed me back “I overpromised. I am too busy.” When I asked him to call me for an “Off the record” call, he never called.

  • I have two friends who have considerable experience lobbying, probably lucratively. They both become silent when I initiate any discussion on the CPP or lobbying.

  • An associate who is a highly successful Canadian entrepreneur has several prominent contacts. He contacted a friend who was at one time a top social media expert with Facebook. He confirmed that the cover-up on the CPP is pervasive and difficult to combat.

  • I presented details about the CPP’s potential to Jane Philpott, my MP, after she left the Liberal Party. She put me in contact with Art Eggleton, a poverty activist who has unfortunately retired from the Senate and any activism. Ms. Philpott’s final words to me were “Disgraceful lobbyists. They never quit.”
